Services
We can provide routine commercial cleaning services, from the vacuuming of carpets, pulling of trash, and cleaning of restrooms to the stripping and waxing of Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT). We also do move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning.

No Contracts
We believe that a contract tends to favor the party that demands it. We don't expect our customers to sign a contract. We prefer to work on a month-to-month service agreement for as long as the agreement is mutually beneficial both to us and to you, the client.

Quality Control
We care very much about the quality of our service. One tool to ensure quality is the checklist. We'll be happy to implement a cleaning checklist for your particular site.

Code of Honor
One of the most important things we have learned in this business is that common sense is, well, not so common. For that reason, we developed a Code of Honor, the purpose of which is to convey our expectations to our workers and to ensure that they understand how to deal with various issues, particularly issues of ethics. We require each of our workers to read the Code of Honor and to answer about 50 questions having to do with honesty and integrity, competence, professionalism, safety, and security.
